الغرب الأوسط للولايات المتحدة (ويشار له بالعامة الأمريكية Midwest) هو واحد من أربعة أقاليم جغرافية في الولايات المتحدة الأمركية يستخدمها مكتب التعداد الأمريكي في تقاريره.
