مؤتمرات القمة الأمريكية السوڤيتية انعقدت منذ 1943 حتى 1991. مواضيع النقاش في تلك المؤتمرات بين رئيس الولايات المتحدة وإما الأمين العام أو رئيس وزراء الاتحاد السوڤيتي تراوحت بين محاربة قوى المحور أثناء الحرب العالمية الثانية إلى الحد من التسلح بين القوتين العظميين أثناء الحرب الباردة.[1]
