براهموس

براهموس (BrahMos، يُعين أيضاً باسم PJ-10)[14] هو صاروخ جوال أسرع من الصوت متوسط ​​المدى، ذو محرك نفاث كباس، يمكن إطلاقه من الغواصات أو السفن أو الطائرات المقاتلة أو قاذفات الصواريخ المتنقلة.[15] وهو مشروع مشترك بين منظمة البحث والتطوير الدفاعي الهندية وإن پي أو ماشينوستروينيا الروسية، التي شكلتا براهموس للطيران الفضائي.[16] يعتمد في تصميمه على الصاروخ الروسي پ-800 اونيكس.[17][18] براهموس هو اسم منحوت مكون من اسمي نهرين، براهماپوترا في الهند وموسكڤا في روسيا.

الإصدارات التي تُطلق من البر ومن السفن موجودة بالفعل في الخدمة.[19] عام 2012 ظهرت نسخة من صاروخ براهموس تُطلق جواً من طائرة سو-30 إم كي آي، ودخلت الخدمة عام 2019.[20]

قامت براهموس للطيران الفضائي بتطوير التوجيه الصاروخي لبراهموس. عام 2016، وبعد أن أصبحت الهند عضواً في نظام التحكم في تكنولوجيا المقذوفات (MTCR)، تخطط الهند وروسيا الآن لتطوير جيل جديد من صواريخ براهموس بمدى 800 كم وقدرة على ضرب أهداف محمية بدقة متناهية.[21][22][23][24][25]

عام 2024، طلبت البحرية الهندية 220 صاروخًا من طراز براهموس ذو المدى-الموسع بمدى 800 كيلومتر.[5]

عام 2022 صرح الرئيس التنفيذي لبرنامج براهموس الهندي-الروسي المشترك، أتول راني، أن صاروخًا مستقبليًا أسرع من الصوت، سيُطلق عليه اسم براهموس-2، من المرجح أن يتم تطويره من الصاروخ 3إم22 زيركون وسيكون له مواصفات مماثلة.[26][27][28]

The BrahMos was developed from Russia's NPO Mashinostroyenia (NPOM) P-800 Oniks family of cruise missiles,[29] through a joint venture between NPOM and India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), named BrahMos Aerospace. The company was established on 5 December 1995 with an authorized share capital of US$250 million. India holds 50.5% share of the joint venture, and its initial financial contribution was US$126٫25 million, while Russia holds 49.5% share with an initial contribution of US$123٫75 million.[30][31][32][33]

الجيش الهندي

دخل براهموس بلوك الخدمة في الجيش الهندي في 21 يونيو 2007، حيث دخل في تسليح ثلاثة أفواج.[141] قام الجيش بتشكيل فوج واحد (الرقم 861) من بلوك-1 وفوجين صواريخ من براهموس بلوك-2، الرقم 881 و1889. تكلف إنشاء الفوج الأول المزود بخمسة قاذفات متنقلة 83 مليون دولار.[142] سيحتوي كل من الفوجين الجديدين على ما بين أربع إلى ست بطاريات من ثلاث إلى أربع قاذفات متحركة ذاتية التشغيل (72 صاروخًا لكل فوج) يمكن توصيلها بمركز قيادة متنقل.[66][143]

هناك إجمالي خمسة أفواج في الخدمة.[144] نشرت الهند صاروخ براهموس إلى جانب الصاروخ الجوال بعيد المدى نيرباي وصاروخ أكاش أرض-جو لردع العدوان الصيني على امتداد خط السيطرة الفعلي شرق لداخ.[145][146]

القوات الجوية الهندية

البحرية الهندية

أصبح صاروخ براهموس أحد الصواريخ الهجومية الرئيسية التي تم نشرها في الأسطول البحري. وتُجهز معظم المدمرات والفرقاطات والحراقات الحديثة بهذا الصاروخ.[150]

في 30 مارس 2023، وقعت وزارة الدفاع عقدًا مع شركة براهموس للطيران الفضائي الخاصة لشراء بطاريات ساحلية متنقلة من الجيل التالي (طويلة المدى) {NGMMCB (LR)} وصواريخ براهموس بتكلفة تقريبية أكثر من 1700 كرور. ومن المقرر أن يبدأ تسليم NGMMCBs من عام 2027. وبحسب ما ورد، تتضمن الطلبات بطاريتين. ستحتوي كل بطارية على 6-8 مركبات إطلاق تاترا، تحمل كل منها 6 صواريخ براهموس. سيتم نشرها في البداية من قاعدة تراتا في ممباي وهي قاعدة بطارية دفاع صاروخي ساحلي. ستحل صواريخ NGMMCB محل بطاريات صواريخ پي-15 ترميت المضادة للسفن.[151][152]

في 21 فبراير 2024، وافقت لجنة مجلس الوزراء الهندي للأمن على شراء أكثر من 220 صاروخ براهموس-ER لنشرها على السفن الحربية التابعة للبحرية الهندية.[153][154] بلغت التكلفة الإجمالية للصفقة ₹19٬518٫65 crore (2٫4 بليون US$) بحسب اتفاقية شراء الصواريخ الموقعة في 1 مارس 2024 بين براهموس للطيران الفضائي ووزارة الدفاع الهندية إلى جانب صفقة بقيمة ₹988٫07 crore (120 مليون US$) لشراء أنظمة إطلاق براهموس المحمولة على متن السفن.[155]

الفلپين

في مارس 2021، وقعت وزارة الدفاع الوطنية الفلپينية اتفاقية أسلحة مع الهند للاستحواذ على أسلحة هندية، تتضمن صواريخ براهموس.[156]

مشاة البحرية الفلپينية

 
تم توقيع صفقة صواريخ براهموس بين الهند والفلپين في 28 يناير 2022 لصالح كتيبة SBASM التابعة لفوج الدفاع الساحلي التابع لقوات مشاة البحرية الفلپينية.

عام 2017، كان هناك تصور لمشروع امتلاك نظام الصواريخ المضادة للسفن للقوات البحرية الفلپينية لأول مرة، وفي عام 2020 وافق مكتب الرئيس على إدراجه في مشروعات الأولوية الأفق-2.[157]

في 27 ديسمبر 2021، أصدرت إدارة الميزانية أمرين خاصين بالإفراج عن المخصصات - بقيمة 1.3 بليون پـِسو فلپيني (190 كرور هندية) و1.535 مليار پـِسو فلپيني (224 كرور هندية) - لمشروع امتلاك نظام الصواريخ المضادة للسفن على الشاطئ التابع للبحرية الفلپينية. يسمح أمر الإفراج عن المخصصات الخاصة لوزارة الدفاع الوطني بإتمام العقود الخاصة بالمشروعات العسكرية.[158]

في 31 ديسمبر 2021، تلقى ممثلو شركة براهموس للطيران الفضائي إشعارًا بالمنحة (NOA) للمشروع بقيمة 374.962.800 دولار أمريكي. تم توقيع العقد في 28 يناير 2022. ويشمل العقد 3 بطاريات على الأقل كجزء من الاتفاقية. ستحتوي البطارية على 3 وحدات إطلاق متنقلة على الأقل، بالإضافة إلى مركبات ووحدات القيادة والتحكم والرادار والدعم المرفقة. تحتوي كل وحدة إطلاق متحركة على 3 صواريخ براهموس المضادة للسفن الأسرع من الصوت الجاهزة للإطلاق، مع وجود نسخة التصدير التي يبلغ مداها الأقصى حوالي 290 كيلومترًا.[159][160]

سيتم تشغيل البطاريات بواسطة كتيبة الصواريخ الساحلية المضادة للسفن (SBASM) التابعة لفوج الدفاع الساحلي التابع لمشاة البحرية الفلپينية.[161][162]

كما أكمل أفراد مشاة البحرية الفلپينية تدريبهم الإلزامي على التشغيل تحت إشراف شركة براهموس للطيران الفضائي والبحرية الهندية. كما هنأ رئيس أركان البحرية الهندية الأميرال ر. هاري كومار أفراد مشاة البحرية الفلپينية في حفل وداع أقيم في الهند. وفي كلمته في الحفل، قال الأميرال كومار إن إدخال صاروخ براهموس إلى مشاة البحرية الفلپينية سيعزز القدرة البحرية للبلاد وسيساهم في الأمن البحري الجماعي داخل المنطقة.[163][164]

في 19 أبريل 2024، أعلن رئيس الوزراء الهندي مودي عن تسليم الوحدات الأولى من أنظمة صواريخ براهموس إلى مشاة البحرية الفلپينية بواسطة طائرات النقل سي-17 وإل-76 التابعة للقوات الجوية الهندية.[165][166]

تعطلت عمليات التسليم إلى الفلپين لعدة أشهر بسبب عدم توقيع البلدين على اتفاقية عدم الإفصاح، حسبما ذكرت مصادر مختلفة.[167][168][169]

مستخدمون محتملون

روسيا

في سبتمبر 2016، تم الكشف عن أن وزارة الدفاع الروسية مهتمة بشراء صواريخ براهموس التي تطلق من الجو لتسليح مقاتلاتها من طراز سو-30إس إم. وحتى الآن، لم تشتر روسيا نظام الصواريخ هذا للقوات الجوية الروسية.[170]

لا يمكن تنصيب صاروخ براهموس إلا على عدد قليل من السفن الجديدة التابعة للبحرية الروسية، إن وجدت. ومن الممكن أن تستوعب الفرقاطات المحدثة من طراز گورشكوڤ والتي تعد أحدث أنواع الفرقاطات التي يمكن أن تستوعب هذا الصاروخ. ولم تشتري البحرية الروسية أي صواريخ براهموس.[171]

الفلپين

الجيش الفلپيني

  • 20 يناير 2009 – في اختبار إطلاق، أخطأت نسخة مبكرة من صاروخ براهموس هدفها في ميدان اختبار پوكران بمسافة 7 كم، بسبب إيقاف تشغيل سواتل GPS وبيانات خاطئة من سلسلة سواتل نظام السواتل الوطني الهندي. تكررت التجربة في 4 مارس 2009 وكانت ناجحة.[192]
  • 12 يوليو 2021 - في اختبار إطلاق نار قبالة ساحل أوديشا، سقط طراز موسع المدى من الصاروخ بعد وقت قصير من الإطلاق، ويقال إن ذلك يرجع إلى خطأ في نظام الدفع.[193]
