كارتاهينا، كولومبيا أو كارتاخينا، كولومبيا Cartagena de Indias (النطق الإسپاني: [kartaˈxena ðe ˈindjas]، كارتاخينا الهند الغربية)، هي أكبر منتج ساحلي في الكاريبي، على الشاطئ الشمالي لكولومبيا في منطقة الكاريبي، وهي عاصمة محافظة بوليڤار. وصل عدد سكانها حسب تعداد 2005 إلى 892,545 نسمة، لتصبح خامس مدن كولومبيا من حيث عدد السكان.
