مجلس الاتحاد Federation Council (روسية: Сове́т Федера́ции; Sovet Federatsii)، هو المجلس الأعلى في الجمعية الاتحادية الروسية (برلمان روسيا)، حسب الدستور الروسي 1993، كل من الكيانات الفدرالية الروسية ال83[1] – يضم 21 جمهورية، 64 أوبلاست، 9 كرياس، مدينتين اتحاديتين، 4 أكروگات، وأوبلاست ذاتي الحكم - يرسل كل منهم نابين للمجلس، ليصبح إجمالي عدد أعضاء المجلس 166 شخص.
