پاترِك جوسف ليهي (Patrick Joseph Leahy ؛ /ˈleɪhiː/؛ ولد 31 مارس 1940) هو سياسي أمريكي و senior United States Senator من ڤرمونت. ويشغل منصبه منذ 1975. وهو عضو في الحزب الديمقراطي، Leahy served as the President pro tempore of the United States Senate من 17 ديسمبر 2012، حتى 6 يناير 2015. Leahy is the only elected Democratic Senator as well as the longest-serving US Senator in the history of Vermont. He is the former chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The Senate Judiciary Committee worked extensively on prison reform with the introduction on a number of bills aimed at reforming the overcrowded prisons. The bills include: the Justice Safety Valve Act of 2013, The Smarter Sentencing Act of 2013, and the Public Safety Enhancement Act.
