رپارتي‌ميينتو
رپارتي‌ميينتو (إسپانية: Repartimiento ؛ النطق الإسپاني: [repartiˈmjento]، وتعني "توزيع أو تقسيم") كان نظام عمل سخرة استعماري فـُرض على السكان الأصليين في أمريكا الاسبانية و الفلپين. In concept it was similar to other tribute-labor systems, such as the ميتا of the امبراطورية الإنكا أو corvée of فرنسا الأنشيان ريجيم: the natives were forced to do low-paid or unpaid labor for a certain number of weeks or months each year on Spanish-owned farms, mines, workshops (obrajes), and public projects. With the القوانين الجديدة of 1542, the رپارتي‌ميينتو was instated to substitute the إنكومييندا system that had come to be seen as abusive and promoting unethical behavior. الرپارتي‌ميينتو لم تكن عبودية، من حيث أن العامل غير مملوك مباشرة—being free in various respects other than in the dispensation of his or her labor—and the work was intermittent. It however, created slavery-like conditions in certain areas, most notoriously في مناجم الفضة في القرن 16 في پيرو.[1] In the first decades of the colonization of the Caribbean the word was used for the institution that became the إنكومييندا, which can cause confusion.
الرپارتي‌ميينتو، في معظم الحالات، حل محل الإنكومييندا في أرجاء نائبية اسبانيا الجديدة بحلول مطلع القرن السابع عشر.[2]
