كيتورولاك
كيتورولاك Ketorolac أو كيتولاك أو تروميثامين (دواء مصحح للحماض الاستقلابي) هو مضاد اٍلتهاب لاستيرويدي من عائلة مشتقات حمض البروبيونيك ، يستعمل عادتا كمسكن للألم ، خافض للحرارة و مضاد للاٍلتهاب .

يعمل الكيتورولاك عن طريق كبح اٍنتاج الجسم من البروستاغلاندين . الكيتورولاك الموجود في الصيدليات للأخد عن طريق الفم أو الحقن داخل العضل هو خليط راسمي .

دواعي الاٍستعمال
يحتوي الكيتورولاك على كيتورولاك ترومباثين، وهي مادة مضادة للالتهاب غير ستريودية. يقلل الكيتورولاك من الشعور بالألم، والتورم، والاحمرار والالتهاب. يوصف الكيتورولاك كعلاج قصير المدى للألم (حتى خمسة أيام).

| عامة | Edema. Less frequently, hypersensitivity reactions (such as anaphylaxis, bronchospasm, laryngeal edema, tongue edema, hypotension), flushing, weight gain, or fever. Very infrequently, asthenia. |

الجرعات
عن طريق الفم ، الجرعة المعتادة هي 10 مغ . الحقن (داخل العضل) الجرعة هي 15 ، 30 و 60 مغ. هذا الدواء لا يصرف اٍلا بوصفة طبية.
