وهن
وَهـَـن Asthenia أو الإعياء(Greek: ασθένεια, lit. ضعف القوة but أيضا مرض) هو إصطلاح طبي يشير الى أعراض جسماني ضعف و فقد القوة.

الحالة التي يفقد فيها الجسم القدرة, والقوة ككل أو جزئيا, في أى من أجزائه. الإعياء العام يحدث في كثير من الأمراض المنهكة, مثل الأنيميا والسرطان، ويحتمل أن يكون ظاهرا في فى أمراض مثل أمراض الغدة الكظرية. ويمكن أن تنحصر حالات الإعياء والضعف الجسماني في بعض الأعضاء أو أعضاء بعض الأجهزة, مثل في وهن البصر asthenopia، تتميز بقابلية للإعياء.
الإعياء أو الضعف الجسماني تمثل عرضا جانبيا لإستعمال بعض الأدوية والعلاجات مثل Ritonavir ( protease inhibitor يستعمل في HIV علاج), لقاحات مثل لقاح HPVGardasil[1] و fentanyl patches (an opioid تستعمل لعلاج الآلام).
وهذه الحالة نراها أيضا في مرضى يعانون أيضا من متلازمة الإعياء المزمن، إضطرابات في النوم، أو أمراض مزمنة في القلب والرئتين أو الكلي .
Differentiating between psychogenic asthenia and true asthenia with muscular weakness is often difficult, and in time apparent psychogenic asthenia accompanying many chronic disorders is seen to progress into a primary weakness.
