ڤيروس ماربورگ
ڤيروس ماربورگ (إنگليزية: Marburg virus؛ النطق: /ˈmɑrbərɡ ˈvaɪrəs/ MAR-bərg VY-rəs[1]) هو حمى نزفية ڤيروسية لوحظ لأول مرة ووُصِف أثناء أوبئة ضيقة الانتشار في المدينتين الألمانيتين ماربورگ وفرانكفورت والعاصمة اليوغسلاڤية بلگراد في عقد 1960. فقد تعرض العمال بالصدفة لأنسجة قرود عبلنج سوداني مصابة (Chlorocebus aethiops) في المصنع الرئيسي السابق بالمدينة، Behringwerke، التي كانت آنذاك جزءاً من هوكست، and today of CSL Behring. أثناء تلك التفشيات، 31 شخص أصبحوا مصابين وسبعة منهم توفوا. ڤيروس ماربورگ (MARV) يسبب مرضاً شديداً في البشر والرئيسيات من غير البشر في شكل حمى نزفية ڤيروسية. MARV is a Select Agent،[2] WHO Risk Group 4 Pathogen (requiring احتواء مساوي للمستوى الرابع من السلامة الحيوية),[3] ممراض من أولوية التصنيف أ من المعهد الوطني للحساسية والأمراض المعدية في NIH،[4] عامل ارهاب حيوي من الفئة أ حسب مراكز السيطرة على الأمراض والوقاية منها،[5] وهو مدرج كعامل بيولوجي للتحكم في الصادرات في مجموعة أستراليا.[6]

A virus that fulfills the criteria for being a member of the species Marburg marburgvirus is a ڤيروس ماربورگ if its genome diverges from that of the prototype Marburg marburgvirus, تنويعة من ڤيروس ماربورگ Musoke (MARV/Mus), by <10% at the nucleotide level.[1]
