شون سپايسر
شون مايكل سپايسر Sean Michael Spicer (وُلِد 23 سبتمبر 1971)[1][2] هو السكرتير الصحفي للبيت الأبيض ومدير الإعلام السابق للرئيس دونالد ترمپ.[3]

كان سپايسر المدير الإعلامي للجنة الوطني الجمهورية، من 2011 حتى 2017، والاستراتيجي الرئيسي لها، من 2015 حتى 2017.[4] وفي 22 ديسمبر 2016، عُيّن سپايسر سكرتيراً صحفياً للبيت الأبيض، وبعد يومين، عُيـِّن أيضاً مديراً لإعلام البيت الأبيض.[5][6] وقد تولى المنصبين مع تولي ترمب الرئاسة في 20 يناير 2017.
وكسكرتير صحفي، أثار سبايسر الجدل بإلقائه العديد من التصريحات الكاذبة أو المثيرة للجدل، وكذلك بسلوكه التصادمي مع الصحافة.[7][8][9] Spicer's first official statement as press secretary was criticized for providing what became called "alternative facts" regarding the inauguration's attendance numbers.[10] In his statement, he also claimed that the inauguration was "the most watched ever", but subsequently stated that he was referring not only to live attendees at the ceremony or those watching on TV, but also viewers who watched the inauguration online.[11] However, no conclusive figures are available for online viewers,[12] so the claim is unverifiable.[13][14]
