ياڤوريڤ
Yavoriv (أوكرانية: Яворів, پولندية: Jaworów, باليديشية: יאַוואָראָוו, ألمانية: Jaworiw) is a city located in the Lviv region of western Ukraine near the Polish border. It is the administrative centre of Yavoriv region and rests approximately 50 kilometres (31 miles) west of the oblast capital, Lviv. Its population is approximately 12,888 (2021 est.)[1].

Not far from it is the watering-place of Shklo with sulphur springs.[2]

التاريخ
On 10 December 1991 after the dissolution of the Soviet Union it became part of Ukraine.
On 13 March 2022 during the Russian invasion the Russians bombed the army base. A Russian military spokesperson claimed the attack killed 180 foreign mercenaries.[3][4][5] The attack was heard in neighbouring Poland.[6]
