غرب أخايا (باليونانية: Δυτική Αχαΐα ؛ Dytiki Achaia؛ إنگليزية: West Achaea) هي بلدية في الوحدة المحلية أخايا، بمنطقة غرب اليونان، اليونان. The seat of the municipality is the town Kato Achaia.[2] The municipality has an area of 573.30 km2.[3]
