ميخائيل شورا-بورا Шура-Бура,_Михаил_Романович (21 أكتوبر 1918 - 14 ديسمبر 2008 ) كان عالماً سوڤيتياً وروسياً، له اسهامات بارزة في تشكيل وتطوير البرمجة في الاتحاد السوڤيتي. رئيس قطاع IPM RAS , رئيس قسم برمجة الأنظمة في كلية الرياضيات الحاسوبية والسيبرنطيقا في جامعة موسكو الحكومية (1970-1993).

Co-author of the architecture of the M-20 computer (together with M. K. Sulim , chief designer: S. O. Lebedev ), embodied in several series of semiconductor domestic computers, head of the creation of basic software and author of the system of libraries IC-2 for M-20 . The work of the Department of MR Shura-Bura on languages and programming systems was started back in the 1950's. Using operator programming on the basis of the theory of program schemes A. A. Lyapunov. In 1963, under the guidance of M. R. Shura-Bura, the first translator from the language ALGOL 60 for the computer M-20 was created - the translator TA-2 with the full version of the language ALGOL 60, the programming system for BESM-6 and other computers.
He was a research supervisor for the development of EU computer software . In 1978, for the performance of this work, was awarded the State Prize of the USSR. In the 1980's. Solved the problem of timely creation of system and application software for the space shuttle "Buran" . For the contribution to the creation of "Buran" was awarded the Order of Lenin .
