كي9 ثاندر

كي9 ثاندر (إنگليزية: K9 Thunder)، هيis a South Korean 155 mm self-propelled howitzer designed and developed by the Agency for Defense Development and Samsung Aerospace Industries for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces, and is now manufactured by Hanwha Defense.[3] K9 howitzers operate in groups with the K10 automatic ammunition resupply vehicle variant. The entire K9 fleet operated by the ROK Armed Forces is now undergoing upgrades to K9A1 standard, and a further development of a K9A2 variant is in process.

في 1 فبراير 2022، أعلنت مصر وكوريا الجنوبية في بيانين إبرام اتفاق بينهما يقضي ببيع أسلحة مدفعية من طراز كيه-9 هاوتزر للجيش المصري بالإضافة إلى تصنيعها محلياً. وتقدر قيمة الصفقة وفق كوريا الجنوبية بنحو 1.66 مليار دولار. وأكد الجيش المصري ورئاسة كوريا الجنوبية الاتفاق الذي أبرمته مصر، وتبلغ قيمته 1.66 مليار دولار، مع شركة هانوا الكورية الجنوبية للصناعات الدفاعية والعسكرية، لشراء أسلحة مدفعية من طراز كيه-9 هاوتزر بالإضافة إلى تصنيعها محلياً.

وتضمن بيان للجيش المصري نشره على صفحته الرسمية على فيس بوك إن "اللواء أسامة عزت رئيس هيئة تسليح القوات المسلحة وقع على عقد التدبير والتصنيع المشترك لمنظومة +هاوتزر كيه-9 إيه1 اي جي واي+ (EGY k9A1)، محلياً بشركات ومصانع الهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي مع شركة هانوا الكورية الجنوبية".

فيما لم يعلن الجيش عن قيمة الاتفاق، لكن بيان الرئاسة الكورية الجنوبية أكد أن العقد "تجاوز 2 تريليون وون (1.66 مليار دولار)، ولا يمثّل فقط الصادرات الأكبر لمدفعية كيه-9 هاوتزر، ولكنه أيضاً بمثابة فرصة للاعتراف مرة أخرى بتميز نظام الأسلحة في كوريا الجنوبية". [4]

وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الرسمية لكوريا الجنوبية يونهاب نقلاً عن شركة هانوا أن هذا الاتفاق "يمثل الظهور الأول لهذا النظام من المدفعية في أفريقيا (..) ويجعل مصر الدولة الأجنبية التاسعة التي تستخدمه".

وتضمن بيان الجيش المصري بأن الفريق أحمد خالد نائب وزير الدفاع وقع على مذكرات تفاهم مع وزير المشتريات الدفاعية لكوريا الجنوبية كانج إن. وأشار البيان أنه تم توقيع "مذكرتي تفاهم في التعاون في مجالات الصناعات الدفاعية والدعم اللوجستي ومذكرة أخرى للمبادئ المنظمة للتعاون في مجال البحث والتطوير الدفاعي".

ويأتي الاتفاق المصري-الكوري الجنوبي بعد أيام من موافقة وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية على صفقتي معدات عسكرية لمصر بقيمة 2.56 مليار دولار تشمل 12 طائرة نقل سي-130 جيه سوبر هركيوليز ومعدات أخرى تابعة لها وأنظمة رادار للدفاع الجوي. وأتت الصفقة على الرغم من قلق واشنطن حيال سجل القاهرة في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وخصوصا بعد ما علقت الخارجية الأمريكية في سبتمبر 2022 مساعدات عسكرية لمصر بقيمة 130 مليون دولار، بسبب عدم تحقيق مصر تحسن في هذا الملف.

لكن في عام 2022 المالي الذي بدأ في الأول من أكتوبر 2021، خصصت إدارة بايدن في ميزانيتها مساعدات للقاهرة بقيمة 1.4 مليار دولار معظمها عسكري كما في السنة السابقة. وتصف منظمة العفو الدولية و20 منظمة غير حكومية أخرى الوضع الحقوقي في مصر بأنه "كارثي"، مشيرة إلى وجود "ناشطين سلميين ومدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان ومحامين وأساتذة جامعات وصحافيين محبوسين لمجرد أنّهم مارسوا حقّهم في حرية الرأي والاجتماع السلمي والتنظيم". ويرفض الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي باستمرار هذه الاتهامات، وأكد في فعاليات ومناسبات عديدة أن رؤيته لحقوق الإنسان تتمثل في توفير الأمن والرعاية الصحية والتعليم والكهرباء على اعتبار أن ذلك يعد أهمّ من حقّ التجمّع المحظور عملياً في البلاد.

Australia will build 30 AS9 'Huntsman' self-propelled howitzers and 15 AS10 AARVs under license at Geelong.[5]

  مصر

On 1 February 2022, the Hanwha Defense signed a contract with the Egyptian Ministry of National Defense to export K9 worth $2 billion. This contract includes K9's license production and technology transfer from Hanwha Defense and ADD.[6][7]

  إستونيا

On 26 June 2018, Estonia signed an agreement with South Korea for the procurement of 12 used K9 self-propelled howitzers, with a reported option for 12 additional artillery systems. The agreement also includes training, maintenance and spare parts. Deliveries to start in 2020. The purchase of an additional 6 howitzers was announced in October 2019.[8][9][10]

  فنلندا

The Finnish Defence Forces announced on 17 February 2017 that they will buy 48 used K9s, with the deliveries starting in 2017.[11][12]

  الهند

10 units were bought from South Korea and assembled by L&T in India and were handed over to the Indian Army during Defexpo 2018. Remainder of the 100 were produced by Larsen & Toubro for the Indian Army as K9 Vajra-T.[13] As of February 2021, all 100 units have been delivered.[14] 200 more units also ordered.[15]

Norway has selected the K9 Thunder to replace the M109A3GNM SPHs that have been in service since the 1960s. 24 K9 and 6 K10 have been purchased, with an option for another 24 K9 and additional K10. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2019.[16][17][18]

120 K9 chassis will be produced as part of the AHS Krab program.[19][20] 24 were built in Korea, and 96 are produced under license in Poland.

  كوريا الجنوبية

Total of 1,136 K9s and 179 K10s were produced for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces from 1999 to 2017. Transferred vehicles for sales were compensated with newly produced batch between 2018 and 2019 as K9A1 configuration. On 13 November 2020, DAPA announced that K9 howitzer program for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces is officially completed; all vehicles are in full operational capability.[21] An estimated 1,300 K9/A1 and K10 are operated by the Army and the Marine Corps. All K9 are in process of upgrading to K9A1 or future variant by 2030.

  تركيا

Turkey originally planned to produce 350 T-155 Fırtına by 2011 under agreement with South Korea—280 for Turkish military and 70 for export.[22] Turkish Land Forces operates 280 T-155 Fırtına.
