 التعليم

بعد فوزه بالأولمپياد الوطني الفرنسي للكيمياء عام 1986، درس لودامييل الرياضيات والفيزياء في ليسيه بليز پاسكال في كليرمون-فيران. وبعد فوزه بالميدالية البرونزية في الأولمپياد العالمي للكيمياء في هلسنكي، فنلندا عام 1988، واصل دراسته وتخرج بتفوق حاصلاً على الماجستير في الكيمياء من المعهد الأوروپي العالي للكيمياء في ستراسبورگ، فرنسا، عام 1991. بصفته زميل مدرس في پروكتر وگامبل، درّس لودامييل الكيمياء وبدأ التحضير لنيل الدكتوراه في معهد مساتشوستس للتكنولوجيا عام 1991. انسحب من برنامج الدكتوراه بعد عام واحد ليصبح مساعد مدرس في الكيمياء بجامعة هارڤرد. عام 1994، التحق بمدرسة پروكتر وگامبل للعطور الإبداعية في نيوكاسل أپون تاين بالمملكة المتحدة، حيث درس على يد كبير صانعي العطور آلان مكريتشي وكبيرة صانعي العطور كريستين كاهن. حصل على شهادة في صناعة العطور الإبداعية عام 1997 من المركز الأوروپي لپروكتر وگامبل في بروكسل تحت إشراف كبير صانعي العطور روبرت ليكوك وكبيري صانعي العطور كاثرين گاناهل وهوگو دينوت. بعد ذلك بوقت قصير، رُقّي إلى منصب كبير صانعي العطور من قِبل كبير صانعي العطور في جمعية ڤكتور ميلز، رافائيل تروخيو. عام 1999، حصل على جائزة پروكتر وگامبل التقديرية الخاصة من أجل عمله في مجال ابتكار العطور، وخاصة في مُنعمات الأقمشة، ولاكتشافاته لجزيئات وتقنيات عطرية جديدة.
