علم الصخور المجهري

مجهر البتروجرافيك Petrographic microscope هو نوع من المجهر الضوئي المستخدمة في [الصخور]] و علم المعادن البصري لتحديد الصخور والمعادن الرقيقة. ويستخدم المجهر في علم المعادن البصري و علم الصخور، وهي فرع يركز على وصف تفصيلي للصخور. يتم استدعاء أسلوب "الضوء المستقطب المجهري" (PLM).
