ترپسن أو تريبسين (Trypsin) هو انزيم يوجد في الجهاز الهضمي للعديد من الفقاريات حيث يساهم في تحفيز تفاعل تفكيك البروتين في الطعام تمهيدا لهضمه. ينتج التريبسن في البنكرياس بصيغته الغير نشطة التي تسمى تربسونيجن التي يتم فرزها في الإثنا عشري في الأمعاء الدقيقة ثم يتم تفعيله إلى الصيغة الفعالة من الانزيم والتي تسمى تربسن.
