الحرب الأهلية في سيراليون (1991–2002) بدأت في 23 مارس 1991 عندما قامت الجبهة الثورة المتحدة، بدعم من القوات الخاصة التابعة الجبهة الوطنية الليبيرية بزعامة تشارلز تايلور، بالتدخل في سيراليون في محاولة للاطاحة بحكومة جوزف موموه. استمرت الحرب الأهلية 11 عام، وأسفرت عن سقوط أكثر من 50.000 قتيل.[1]
