- Hurricane-force sustained winds are occuring over the northern Virgin Islands through late Monday, and are also possible over portions of پوِرتو ريكو late Monday into Tuesday, especially at higher elevations.
- A storm surge of up to 5 feet (1.5 m) is likely along the track.
- Rainfall amounts of 4 to 8 inches (100 to 200 mm) are likely across the northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands and پوِرتو ريكو, with isolated rainfall amounts of up to 12 inches (300 mm) are possible.
