أنتوني إيناهورو
أنتوني إروموسـِلى إناهورو {{}smaller|Anthony Eromosele Enahoro} (و.22 يوليو 1923 –ت. 15 ديسمبر 2010[1]) أكاديميّا وأحد النشطاء الرئيسيين المناهضين للاستعمار البريطاني في نيجيريا, وهو معروف أيضا لدعواته للحكم المدني في نيجيريا إبان الانقلابات العسكرية.[2]

كان من مواليد “أورومي (Uromi) بولاية “إيدو” (Edo state).
في سنّ 21 من عمره, أصبح “إيناهورو” رئيس تحرير للصحيفة التي أسّسها “نمدي أزيكيوي”، وهي (Southern Nigerian Defender)، مما جعله أصغر محرّر في نيجيريا. وكان “إيناهورو” أوّل من قدّم مقترحا لاستقلال نيجيريا في البرلمان الاتحادي, كما كان أيضًا مندوبًا في معظم المؤتمرات الدستورية التي أدّت إلى الاستقلال, وهو موقف أكسبه لقب “أبو الدولة النيجيرية”.[3]

In 1953, Anthony Enahoro initiated the self-government motion in the Western House of Assembly, which eventually led to Nigerian Independence on 1 October 1960.[4]
العائلة
Enahoro was survived by his wife Helen (née Ediae) (1933–2012), their five children, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.[5]
