المتراس Barricade، هي أي جسم أو بناء يشكل حاجز أو عائق للتحكم، غلق المرور أو الإجبار على تدفق المارة في الإتجاه المرغوب. في الاستخدام العسكري، تشير المتاريس إلى أي تحصين ميداني مرتجل، ويشتهر استخدامه في شوارع المدن أثناء حرب المدن.
تشمل المتاريس أيضاً الحواجز المرورية المؤقتة التي تصمم بهدف إبعاد المرور إلى منطقة محمية أو المناطق الخطرة أو ألواح الاسمنت الضخمة التي تهدف إلى منطق المرور القسري للمركبات.[2][3]
