We went on an even more epic 2600km journey over 2 days to end our grand driving season. Any later into October and snow will likely be a very real issue driving out to these remote places without a truck. So, we're probably done for the year for road trips with the exception of short runs out to Banff and area. Stettler was our eighth stop. Looks like they're doing some repairs to the siding. There's a train that you can take from Stettler to Big Valley complete with optional dining and dinner theatre. We're hoping to try this some time, but it's quite booked up already! |
