Escudo de Negrete, Chile: Escudo español dividido en cuarteles. 1º y 4º cuartel: sobre campo de gules dos torres de plata, simbolizando la noble sangre del Araucano y Español derramada en la Guerra de Arauco, junto a los Fuerte Españoles. 2º cuartel: sobre campo de plata un águila de sable que simboliza la altivez se mira y fiereza de sus habitantes. 3º cuartel: sobre campo de azur gavilla de oro que simboliza los carácteres Agrícolas de la comuna.
