مستذئب أو المذؤوب werewolf شخصية خيالية بتحول رجل أو إمراة إلي ذئاب عند رؤيتهم القمر, وظهور أنياب ليكونو مصاصين دماء أو قتلة,

تلك القصص غالبا مرتبطة بالصين ووسط أسيا ورومانيا, وإنتقلت للرومان,

حتي تبنتها مارفيل الأمريكية بشخصية ولفيرين مع الخوارق

- واقعيا لا بشر يتحولون لحيوانات أخري خارقة, لكن يوجد مرض فرط الشعر أو متلازمة المستئذبين .
