العشرون المقدسات Sacred Twenty هن جماعة من الممرضات النساء كن أول إناث يعملن بشكل رسمي في البحرية الأمريكية ممثلين فيلق التمريض. وقد تشكلت العشرون المقدسات رسمياً في 1908، وقمن بإسهامات واسعة في زمن الحرب، ليس فقط في تدريب ممرضي الميدان ومعالجة الأمراض، ولكنهن قمن أيضاً بوضع برامج تعليمية للمرضات في الخارج والنشرات المهنية في مجال التمؤيض.
