إيليا ساشكوڤ
Ilya Sachkov (روسية: Илья Константинович Сачков) is a businessman, entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Singapore-based cybersecurity company Group-IB.

Member of the World Economic Forum Center for Cybersecurity, cybercrime expert committees in the Council of Europe and the OSCE. One of 26 independent commissioners of the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace.[1][2]

Early life
Sachkov was born in Moscow, USSR in 1986.[3]
His father is a physicist and mother an information analyst at the Central Bank of Russia.
In 2009, Sachkov graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.[4][5]
Group-IB
In 2003 Sachkov founded Group-IB along with three groupmates.[6]
In 2010, Group-IB was contracted to investigate the breach of one of the websites of Leta Group. Investigation of this incident became the first major project for Group-IB.
Since 2012, Group-IВ developed an early warning system for proactive cyber defence based on the company's own threat intelligence and incident response expertise.
In 2014 Group-IB became the first Russian threat intelligence vendor included in Gartner's reports.
In 2015, Group-IB became Europol’s official partner. The company is a member of the European Cybercrime Centre, a Europol’s body to fight cybercrime.[7]
In 2017, IDC Russia named Group-IB as the leading Russian Threat Intelligence Security Service while Forrester Research included the company in its Cyber Threat Intelligence Vendor landscape report.[8][9]
In June 2019, Group-IB opened its Global Headquarters in the Fragrance Empire Building in Singapore.[10]
Awards
- 2010 - won the Digital Crimes Consortium award (for his contribution to international exchange of experience in the field of computer forensics).[11]
- 2015, 2016, 2017 - awarded EY's Entrepreneur of the Year national award.[12][13]
- 2016 – listed among the most notable young entrepreneurs under 30 according to Forbes magazine ("30 under 30" rating) and among the most successful young Russian businessmen.[14][15]
- 2018 - shortlisted in the “Russian people of the year” ranking by Russia Beyond media outlet.
- 2019 – received NemalyBusinessPrize.[16][17]
- 2019 - listed among 100 “Young Economic Leaders of Russia,” by Institut Choiseul.[18]
