سير روبرت فيلمر Sir Robert Filmer (ح. 1588 - ت. 26 مايو 1635)، هو المنظر السياسي الإنگليزي الذي دافع عن الحق الإلهي للملوك. أشهر أعماله، پاتريارتشا الذي نُشر بعد وفاته عام 1680، وكان يستهدف المحاولات العديدة لحزب ويگ في الطعن، وتشمل محادثات الحكومة المعنية لأرگنون سيدني، پاتريارتشا نون مونارتشا لجيمس تيرل وأطروحتا الحكومة لكون لوك. كما كتب فيلمر انتقادات لتوماس هوبس، جون ميلتون، هوگو گروتيوس وأرسطو.
