پيپا نوريس Pippa Norris (10 يوليو 1953) باحثة أمريكية مختصة بعلم السياسة المقارنة وتحاضر في مدرسة كندي للحكم من جامعة هارڤرد ولها أكثر من أربعين مؤلفاً ترجمت أعمالها إلى 12 لغة عالمية.
