دميتري پسكوڤ
دميتري سرگييڤتش پسكوڤ (Dmitry Sergeyevich Peskov ؛ روسية: Дмитрий Серге́евич Песков; النطق الروسي: [pʲɪˈskof]؛ وُلِد 17 أكتوبر 1967) هو دبلوماسي ومترجم وعالم تركيات روسي. ومنذ 2012، يعمل پسكوڤ سكرتيراً صحفياً للرئيس الروسي ڤلاديمير پوتن.[1]

النشأة والتعليم
وُلِد پسكوڤ في موسكو، روسيا، في 1967. والده، سرگي، ترأس البعثة الدبلوماسية السوڤيتية في پاكستان.[2]
في 1989، تخرج پسكوڤ من معهد البلدان الآسيوية والأفريقية في جامعة موسكو الحكومية، متخصصاً في التاريخ والدراسات الشرقية. وفي نفس السنة، التحق پسكوڤ بوزارة الخارجية السوڤيتية.
سيرته المهنية
في 1990، عـُيـِّن پسكوڤ في السفارة السوڤيتية في أنقرة، تركيا، كمساعد اداري. ولاحقاً شغل مناصب ملحق ثم سكرتير ثالث في السفارة. وفي 1994، عـُيـِّن ليعمل في وزارة الخارجية الروسية في موسكو. وبعد عامين هناك، أُرسِل مرة أخرى إلى أنقرة في 1996 بالرتبة الدبلوماسية سكرتير ثاني ثم سكرتير أول في السفارة الروسية.[1]
في 2000، عاد پسكوڤ إلى روسيا ليعمل في الخدمة الصحفية للرئيس الروسي، عاملاً في عدد من المناصب، منها فترة أربع سنوات كنائب أول للسكرتير الصحفي للرئيس الروسي، من 2004 إلى 2008. عمل پسكوڤ متحدثاً بإسم پوتن منذ أبريل 2000.
سـُمِّيَ پسكوڤ سكرتيراً صحفياً لرئيس الوزراء ڤيكتور زوبكوڤ في 25 أبريل 2008،[3] واضعاً إياه في موقع قيادة العمليات الصحفية لڤلاديمير پوتن حين انتقل إلى وظيفة رئيس الوزراء تحت رئاسة دميتري مدڤييدڤ. وفي مايو 2012، حين أصبح پوتن رئيساً مرة أخرى، خلف پسكوڤ ناتاليا تيماكوڤا كمتحدث رئاسي.

في يناير 2016، حسب الواشنطن پوست، Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, sent an e-mail to Dmitry Peskov which was the "most direct outreach documented by a top Trump aide to a similarly senior member of Putin’s government." The e-mail was sent to a general Russian government press account, and so Peskov never replied.[4][5]

In July 2015, Peskov became engaged to the Olympic Champion ice dancer Tatiana Navka, with whom he has a daughter.[6] They married on 1 August 2015, after Peskov finalized the divorce with his second wife. During the wedding, Peskov was photographed wearing an exclusive US$670,000 Richard Mille watch, greater than Peskov's declared income for all his years of service as a state employee. When this fact was discovered, this caused a media reaction, and Peskov replied that Navka had paid for the watch.[7] Russian anticorruption crusader Aleksei Navalny said on 17 August that Peskov vacationed recently with his new wife off the coast of the Italian island of Sardinia on a 350,000-euro-per-week yacht called the Maltese Falcon. Navalny cited data from yacht-tracking websites and social-media posts as evidence partially corroborating his source's claims, though he presented no direct proof that Peskov had set foot on the vessel.[8]

The report shows the whole episode was a joke. In order to further the Trump Tower project-that-never-was, Cohen literally cold-emailed the Kremlin. More than that, he entered the email incorrectly, so the letter initially didn't even arrive. When he finally fixed the mistake, Peskov didn't answer back.
