دبابة بانثر

دبابه بانثر هي دبابة متوسطة صنعت على يد ألمانيا النازية في الحرب العالمية الثانية التي عملت في الفترة من منتصف 1943 إلى نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية في عام 1945. كان القصد منها أن تكون مخالفة للدبابة السوفيتية تي-34، واستبدال الدبابات الألمانية بانزر-3 وبانزر-4، على الرغم من أنه قد خدموا معهم فضلا عن الدبابات بانزر أثقليله وحتى نهاية الحرب. بانزر في تركيبة ممتازة لقوة المدفعيه، والتنقل، والحماية، وبعد انتهاء الحرب مباشرة حاز تصاميم الدبابه أفضل تصميم للدبابات من الحرب العالمية الثانية.

تسميتها

استعملت الدبابه المانيه مخزون من الذخائر Sd.Kfz. 171 مما جعل هتلر ابتداء من 27 من فيبراير عام 1944 حذف الرقم 5 لكي تسمى بانزر فقط بدلا من بانزر -5.

The Panther was the third most produced German armored fighting vehicle, after the Sturmgeschütz III assault gun/tank destroyer at 9,408 units, and the Panzer IV tank at 8,298 units.
