خباء

في علم النبات، الخباء إنگليزية: Pistilcode: en is deprecated هو جزء من الزهرة، و مجموع الأخبية يشكل المتاع و هو عضو التأنيث في الزهرة. هو عبارة عن عدد من الأوراق المتحورة تلتف حافتها لتكون تجويفاً في الجزء السفلي للزهرة يعرف بالمبيض بالإنجليزية: Ovary و يحتوي على البويضات.

A syncarpous gynoecium in context. The gynoecium (whether composed of a single carpel or multiple "fused" carpels) is typically made up of an ovary, style, and stigma as in the center of the flower.

أما الجزء الأوسط فيعرف بالقلم إنگليزية: Stylecode: en is deprecated وينتهى بالميسم إنگليزية: Stigmacode: en is deprecated وهو الجزء المعد لاستقبال حبوب اللقاح.
